How we handle exchanges

We will produce more clothes than ordered so we might have a size that fits you better. You will need to send your item back for exchange and include $10 for return postage unless you come to exchange at our boutique in Hilo. Simply Sisters Boutique. Your return should not be worn so we can offer it to another classmate. Because this is a custom order, we do not offer refunds. Mahalo for your understanding.
